Residence Inn Seattle East/Redmond

The room was not set for the kids to sleep in and didn't have enough towels, we needed to ask few times to get those. At breakfast everything was dirty and the hotel staff were pilling up garbage near the dining tables. it was very unpleasant

This was a nice, quiet area of Redmond. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a parking since we came back from a concert at 1 am, but the Front Desk just let us park in the front courtyard by the front door which was super convenient. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast area was nice and comfortable and inviting. Great stay!

In one week no change of sheets. Towels once

An excellent property with bright, helpful staff. The breakfast that was included was one of the best I've had at any hotel property. The rooms were small but clean and efficient. Parking for a moderate fee ($14) was plentiful. The property is just one block to the Town Center shopping mall.

Nice large room, great breakfast options and nice pool area

No toiletries. Only towels for two guests and had to call for more (4 registered guests) as well as bedding for pull out. House keeping left cleaning supplies in the bathroom. Some positives included a room that was a good size and well equipped kitchen.

Food is below par, like a motel 6. Old slow elevator. Great location and room was clean but the sleeper sofa is just awful and had no blankets or sheets

Our stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory. Despite the presence of stern notes and the hotel being half-renovated, the room was reasonably nice, spacious and clean. The value for money was acceptable, though there were too few elevators.

No hot tub

Staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast was great! Room, lobby, pool, etc. was well maintained and clean.
