Nice to be next to the river, and Greenway.

Had no streetlights to go left out of hotel. Had to cross 2 lanes of fast traffic, and wait for a gap. So rated the hotel lower.

Room with an unobstructed view of the Yakima River was a plus. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was as expected. The breakfast area was well staffed and they kept everything well stocked.

No complaints, all expectations were met.
