We had a wonderful stay overlooking the Yakima River. What made the trip easy was the great front desk assistance by Tony, including changing our room at our request and giving us recommendations of local sites.

One staff member was decent to converse with.

Where do I start. The staff was not professional and some borderline rude. Ice machines were broken. Person upstairs stomped around all night and kept us awake all night.
