Millennium Hotel Paris Charles De Gaulle

Chambre simple, un peu désuète mais propre. Air climatisé fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel sympathique.

ATTENTION: nous avions pris cet hôtel car il y était indiqué qu’il y avait une navette pour l’aéroport. Cette navette fonctionne aux heures, n’arrive pas toujours à l’heure prescrite, et n’est disponible que le matin et fin après-midi/début soirée!!!! Nous avons donc dû prendre des Uber À NOS FRAIS, de l’aéroport et pour y retourner le lendemain!!!! Aucune excuse, et un je m’en foutisme de la part du front desk.

Le confort de l'hôtel ainsi que la piscine et la terrasse, la proximité de l'hôtel et la possibilité de prendre une navette gratuite pour rejoindre l'aéroport.

Very dated rooms. Curtains wouldn’t close fully. Restaurant wasn’t open and no room service. Only small bar menus as an option. I thought the hotel would have been nicer from the pictures.

Le restaurant Jules Verne. Nous avons été très mal accueilli par la dame responsable. Il ne fallait pas demander de renseignements car elle le prenait très mal et nous criait presque dessus. À la fin du repas, nous avons voulu prendre un digestif et elle nous a carrément répondu que son restaurant était fermé alors qu’il y a avait encore du monde. Nous avons réglé la note et sommes allés au bar où l’accueil était plus que chaleureux.

No seems to be the most common word in the staff’s vocabulary. No, we could not have breakfast, even though our stay had been paid by EasyJet because of a cancelled flight. No, it didn’t make any difference that I was a cancer patient and just wanted some yoghurt/fruit and tea rather than their 25 euro offering. No, we could not sit on the outside terrace as they weren’t opening it up even in 30 degree heat. No, they weren’t going to stop the water dripping into our room from the ceiling - apparently it was coming from the air conditioning and often happened. Hence the stains on the carpet. No, you can’t have a towel at the (lovely) pool. The advertised rate for our spacious but tired and rather grubby suite was 900 Euros a night. Unbelievable.

Absolutely nothing. The photos do not match the reality of this place.
