Clean, well maintained in a central location. The breakfast provided was very good with many options to choose from.

The parking ramp down and up is nerve raking to navigate. Don’t try it unless you have anything but a small car.

LA CHAMBRE ETAIT PROPRE

Le service au niveau de la reception et repondre aux appels des clients est un veritable probleme. depuis le 28 Mai à 23H jusqu'aujourd'hui, je n'ai pas encore été remboursé des 100 euros qui m'ont été exigé comme caution malgré de multiples appels et un mail envoyé. c'est vraiment null cette facon de faire.

L'enregistrement était chaotique, une erreur était faite dans la réservation ( document erroné dû à L'enregistrement de l'hôtel, mon prénom n'était pas le bon) 1/2 heure de recherche par le monsieur à l'accueil pour trouver l'origine de l'erreur (booking ou hotel ?)
