No electric socket near bed, almost no vegetables at the breakfast - just some grilled tomatoes

Very bad mannered loud staff. Very noisy through the night. Was only told about potential noise at check in (5pm). Had to be up for a race at 5am

The hotel appears to be a little 'tired' but that should not disguise the fact that you are so well looked after. The staff, I must mention Joy, Ahmed and Stephen were excellent and could not do enough for us. The room was clean and more than adequate. The breakfast was first class and the Indian restaurant provided excellent food and was very good value.

The hotel looks tired, it needs a spruce up to become excellent value.

The Indian Restaurant food was very poor Poppadoms were the size of a 10p coin and the food was en edible Chicken was do over cooked we could not eat it and no flavour whatsoever I would not give it give it 1 out of 10

To clean furniture, better and move it away from the wall. And if there is a fridge in there to get it fixed or put a new one in as the fridge in the room did not work.

Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful as gluten free

World Cup match was being shown in the bar, so a quieter area to just be able to chat would have been great

Good location for what we needed. Beds are comfortable, room clean.

Tv didnt work very well, bath wouldn't drain properly
