As blue badge holders i was disgusted that you had to pay £10 to park will look for hotels with free parking when I visit my son again s it used to be at copthorne

The room was clean.

When we reserved the room, we were requested to complete a pre-check-in form. I was asked for the car registration number and I also indicated a second vehicle. I was not informed that there would be a charge of £10 for parking each car, including the one that was registered online.

Book 2 family rooms of twin double rooms. Been try to email but ignore all the week. Demand a refund but no 1 get back to me as I book via booking.com worse hotel ever wont be come back. Gaslight so many times n try to blame us but wont sort it out till night shift sort but too late n make me unable to sleep cos so stressful . Waiting for a refund as no 1 get back so hope this rwview one some 1 will get back to me or again ignore?
