Four Points by Sheraton York

It felt like a little getaway on top of a hill. Like, we weren’t even in the city it’s located in. The pool was great! We will def be coming back to use the Four Points as our private getaway from all the chaos.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. My family and I traveled to PA to see the Noah show at Sight and Sound theatre. I researched this hotel and booked the two queen wheelchair accessible room that was available on the website and also requested a roll away bed because my mother in law has mobility issues and can’t climb into high beds. I called the hotel the same day of booking AND paying for my room to confirm that a roll away bed would be available. We arrived at 7:30 pm after a long day of traveling and events only to be told that the room actually only had one king bed and that all of the roll away beds were given away and that there was nothing they could do, even thought they did see the note from the employee I had spoken to days earlier for the roll away bed. The manager tooo us around to several rooms in an attempt to accommodate us, but none of the rooms were suitable for our family and for wheelchair accessibility. He did offer to put a mattress on the floor as a consolation for all the roll away beds being occupied. I was also charged an incidental fee that I was assured wasn’t charged to my card, but that I discovered was actually charged to my card and now I have to call this god forsaken place back in an attempt to retrieve my funds. I had to spend my evenings calling around trying to find an alternative. I was never offered a consolation for my inconvenience and I will never stay at a Sheraton aver again.

The hotel is amazing had 1 problem because it was a lot of people and I couldn’t get the rooms I wanted but the staff did a amazing job to make sure I was able to make it work for my guest I had stay in my 3 rooms

Room was nice, but they gave me room 201 which was right by the elevator, pool entrance and ice machine, so very loud. The pool is indoor, but has a nice outdoor deck with loungers, which was nice.

Staff threatened our guests to call the cops for them being in the pool instead of verifying their story. Very disappointed in the staff

Not as clean as it has been, especially bathroom

The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained — common areas were spotless, and my room was tidy. However, the bed pillows were absolutely horrid — easily the worst I’ve ever encountered. Lumpy, flat, and uncomfortable, they made it nearly impossible to get any sleep. It was genuinely frustrating to have such a good stay ruined by something so basic. A hotel of this caliber should invest in better bedding. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return unless they fix this.
