USUSWorst hotel i ever stay, swimming pool is under "construction" for over 18 moths, but the system says opposite, when I confront the rut guy he literally tell me, they don't pass the info so people can cancel anymore please people don't come to this place and if you do be prepare for the worst
Booked through booking.com. My top search being for an indoor pool. Contacted hotel the day of for pool hrs & was informed the pool was under construction. I was informed they couldn’t do anything I would need to contact the 3rd party. Booking.com would need the of the hotel to respond to the email saying it was in fact true that the pool was not functional. It shows the hotel has not responded & no one is answering the front desk phone. If you need convenience in the middle of a lot of things or just somewhere to sleep it’s fine. Not the cleanest & things may not be operational in the room. Our TV was difficult to operate given multiple buttons wouldn’t work on the remote & my kids couldn’t swim which was what the plan was. Our mini getaway really stunk. Just know if you need help with anything you’re not going to get it.
DO NOT book here! Terrible customer service, and this place is absolutely disgusting 🤢 when asked to move to another room they said “sorry that is what your company paid for”?! Wow, not it wasn’t. Quite frankly breaking so many hospitality codes. Bathtub terrible, holes in walls, cracks in floor and carpet and back of door was broken even showed him photos and just applauded at his reaponse. If I could give negative stars it would be -20!

The walls were thin so we could hear everything throughout the night. The air conditioner was under the window and a cold draft was coming in so the sensors on the AC were probably thrown off, making it hard to keep the actual room cooler. Carpets looked like they needed to be shampooed.
