Nice people clean rooms just have a little bit of problems due to remodeling

Gross, noisy and rude staff. When we checked in the ladt at the dront desk was extremely rude to me. I then go unlock our door amd i tripped over the little step in front of fhe door that you canf see becausw its nor well lit. The carpet was torn in places, a dead spider with all its guts on the ceiling, flies, dirty bathroom, trash on the floor and a lot of loud noisy people who live there. They dont have free breakfast as advertised they dont even give breakfast and we were supposed to get queen beds and we didnt.

Stopped to rest me and my wife pulled a cover back and a roach was literally on my pillow When we went to the Taco Bell in the nxt parking lot over the old white man at the desk watched us mind you I hadn’t been in the room just yet when we got back we ate in the car and we smoked went inside to lay down and behold as soon as I flipped the pillow around which I always do at hotels because house keepers are horrible on every state at every hotel a huge roach was crawling I hope someone finds this review helpful and if your tired anywhere Near this city or town do not stop

This room was filthy, the towels looked like they were used and left to dry, no tissue in the bathroom this is when we first made it to the room off of an 7.5 hour drive. The bed covers were dirty with what looked like juice stains, the top blanket had a cigarette burn. We always wipe down with Lysol wipes when entering and those were dirty as can be, needless to say when didn’t even bring things in from the car. The only plus was I had NO PROBLEM getting my money back in full. Also was surprised because my husband and I had to get a room here before for a last minute stay and it didn’t look like this, we kinda thinking, is there new owners?

Pictures are greatly deceptive. The way to the rooms was cluttered with grills and chairs. In the room the walls covered in plaster patches, the fire alarm was missing from the ceiling, the wires were hanging down, No water pressure, just a small trickle, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. I was told it was a non smoking room, it stunk to smoke. It appears this is a venue for the homeless by the people hanging out on the balcony, drinking beer. I went to the front desk where I informed a very pleasant young lady of the problems with the room, she seemed shocked that I would complain and wanted my money back, but she said she would refund my credit card.

The worst experience I have ever had. The room had a terrible odor. I was only staying the night so I told myself that I would be fine. I walked to the PriceChopper next door and purchased fabric and air Febreeze, along with a towel. The hotel towels were incredibly thin and scratchy. The towel I bought was also going to be used as a cover because the bed sheets and linens appeared and felt dirty. There was also a fly infestation in my hotel room. I killed over half a dozen flies in my room in less than an hour. One fly lodge between the bed and side table. When I went to get the fly, I found what looked like vomit between the mattress and box spring. There were stains all over the walls, urine on the bathroom floor when I entered, and blue painters tape keeping the trim on the floors together. The TV did not work and the door inside my room, that was shared with the adjacent hotel, would not lock all the way. The lamp shades still had the plastic film over them but were covered in dust. I left the room at 1 am. The front desk asked if I would like another room. I declined and asked for a refund. I was denied a refund.

Well showed up checked in was told had to change rooms like twice not a receipt thought I reserve red under a different company then didn’t have any free breakfast like they said but dried cereal no milk out no toast bagels juice nothing! Bed had stained sheets and burn holes in the blanket then no one to talk to about the noise at 530 pounding on the door honking horns right outside the door seems like ppl live fulltime this isn’t a hotel or motel this is more like a run down apartment building very unhappy

Not as advertised. No microwave, no refrigator, no coffee pot and no phone in room. TV had no reception. They had to come to room to fix it. Brought microwave and refrugator after contacted Expedia. Was surface cleaned. Still had washcloth hanging from previous guest hanging inshower. Beds are old, low and lumply.

The easiest way to put it, a DUMP !!! Not sure HOW travelocity can even promote this place. Exterior unkept with the room was disgusting,

This place is the nastiest motel I’ve ever stayed in. There was blood stains on the sheets. The shower rod was broke the shower curtain was stuck at the bottom with blood. Coke and beer bottles under the bed. The electric wasn’t working. The mini fridge was full of water. There was duck tape holding the ac unit together. EWWww just gross I feel so mislead by the other reviews!
