The pool was out of service the entire stay

The Staff made it wonderful. The staff worked so well together that is made everything pleasant. The staff made the difference. There was an older gentleman who seemed to know the place as if he had built it himself. He is a treasure!

hmmm. I suppose I wish I could buy a bottle of wine or a drink in the hotel but I understand that it had a family vibe and can’t be all things to everyone.

The desk clerk. Kim, was outstanding. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and an effective communicator maintaining transparency.

The Carpet in the room is is desperate need of a deep steam cleaning. There were pockets of a foul odor similar to " dirty floor mops. It became worse by checkout time. I suggest/ recommend a deep steam cleaning. However, needing a quick turnaround time for guest, a VLM cleaning with microbrushes would do providing that changing the water constantly to prevent wastewater from circulating back into the carpet causing a foul order once the carpet is dry. Consider installing at least one towel rack. People who may not be taller than 5'5" may not be able to place a damp or wet towel Iverson the high shower curtain rod.

Nice looking property and clean.

Entry way into building by the Handicap rooms did not work with the key, so you had to walk around to the front of the building to get in or someone had to push open the door from the inside. More annoying than anything.

Clean and convenient and the staff was amazing friendly and very helpful!!!
