The staff wasn't very pleasant. The whole decor in the entire hotel was Christmas(Its March) The pool that was supposed to be heated was freezing cold. The pool water was cloudy and it looked liked bugs were in it. The room was satisfactory at best. The shower head was tilted and you had to lean against the wall in order to have the water hit you, and the shower floor was soft and almost felt like you were going to fall through. The room key worked 50% of the time.
