Days Inn by Wyndham in San Bernardino

This property was dirty, roaches everywhere, bathroom door was broken, toilet seat broken , toilet ran all night long, guests were fighting at 3am, police came, no breakfast provided as advertised. I never will stay there again

Paid $112 to sleep with roaches literally saw 2 of them crawling around had to eliminate them

The light in the room wasn’t strong enough

Staff was great, but nothing i liked about the hotel, but I booked the hotel based on the pictures and that it had a free breakfast which wasn't the case. Hotel is run down and there was a major gap in the door I couldn't sleep well because I didnt feel safe, caution tape on the reception entrance was concerning traveled on a sunday so wasn't much traffic or people so it was quiet. I mean we only needed a bed so we got what we paid for. Now no ice machine is wasn't working, the soda machine was jammed so I lost a few coins no water available for purcahse on-site which I believe is bare necessary to have available for your guest. The area its self is run down and full of riff raff that you dont want to get in the way of. Would I stay here again no. There's other hotels in the area I would have rather stayed at.

There was no soap, shampoo, or lotion in the room. The floor was dirty. I got out of the shower and walked to the bed to finish getting dressed. My feet got dirty because the floor was disgusting. There was no breakfast as described when booking. The floor shook as others walked by. I was on the second floor. The bathroom was so small that you smacked your knees with the door when closing it. The room also smelled very musty and was hot when walking in. It was not worth paying $75 for the night. I also could not get a refund on the room. Very dissatisfied with a Wyndham resort Days Inn. It makes the Motel 6 look like a high-end resort compared to where I stayed.
