The beds were comfy and the bathroom was nice

The elevator was slow and noisy. More breakfast options would have been great.

It's a new hotel: nice and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Plenty of parking spots. There were many restaurants in the area, in a very short driving distance. The washrooms were very modern. The breakfast was good. One could make waffles too. There is coffee in the lobby 24/7.

The elevator was not working. Did not really bother me as we did not have much luggage. The container with the hair conditioner was empty. As I realized that only when in the shower already, there was no point in asking to fill it.

Propreté, tranquillité et confort. Tout était parfait.

The location

The woman working the front desk was beyond rude. I didnt know that its appropriate to argue with guests and belittle them.I had booked a king room. They put me into a double queen. Fine whatever, but what wasn't fine was there was garbage in the bins from the previous guest. I am sorry but if you cant clean the garbage how do I know the beds are clean??? The carpets were filthy in the hall and walls had dirt and grime. Just filthy. I ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. Management offered me a snack from the snack bar as consolidation. My health is worth more than a candy bar.
