Staff were amazing and friendly, security guards around, perfect for families or women travelling alone. The hotel is a little dated but a great experience. We will be staying again.

I liked the fact I left a couple of items I bought in my room on check out and was very pleased when I rang reception and they had kept them for me I did book our 3 rooms in Dec. 24 and asked for rooms close to pool but unfortunately we were right out the back Never mind , we had a great time and would highly reccomend staying there . Location excellent.

Old bathrooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows. Meals were awful , breakfast was boring. Will not stay at this place again.

The breakfast was ok but was repetitive and lacked variety. The service around the pool was quite poor and the beers from the bar were tepid at best. Access to beach was great and pool facilities were great. I would try other places before coming back here.

Best location and beach access. Staff are fantastic and the resort has all amenities to make family holiday wonderful. The resort is older but clean and comfortable. 3 pools and baby/toddler splash area great for young families. Stayed here 3 times and will definitely be back. Thank you Jayakarta for wonderful memories

Hotel is in a great location. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great service at the pool bar. Rooms are old and bathrooms outdated. Need more shade around the pool. Has the bones of a great hotel just needs some love
