Guests have entrance to all spa facilities from 16:00 on the day of arrival and until 12:00 on the day of departure. The property do recommend booking treatments as far in advance as possible as they cannot guarantee availability on arrival. Please note that it is adult-only spa and only guests aged 16 years or older are welcome. To book a restaurant reservation please contact the hotel directly. It is also recommended to book in advance to guarantee a reservation in 1 of the 2 restaurants. The Brasserie is a la carte and The Latymer offers tasting menus only. Please inform the property if you are celebrating a special occasion during your stay. Please inform the property of any dietary requirements or allergies. Please inform the property of any preference for twin or double beds in your room. Cash cannot be accepted. All accounts are checked daily and any guests exceeding their credit limit will be contacted by the reception team to bring their credit limit back in line with the amount that will cover their stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
