Rancho Cordova Inn

The TV didn't work. It turned itself on and off. The volume turned up and down. The guy from the front desk tried to fix it but said he couldn't and didn't have any other rooms. In the morning we ran out of toilet paper and I went to the office to ask for some and the guy at the desk said "no" I said excuse me, U won't give me a roll of toilet paper? And he said no, so I asked him if he wanted me to use the tissue paper. And he just shrugged his shoulders.

The discrption doesn't match the location. The person at the front desk even said that the photos are from a previous hotel. It was very much in bad shape. Poor maintenance and lacking amenities.

On arrival a Mom was trying to resolve why the food for her & her children had been thrown out, and she appeared to be shown no compassion. Then our room was not clean, —- the wardrobe had some sticky substance on it! Body fluids?? Tre toilet was running continuously. And the room was stark and bare. I forfeited my pre-pay for peace of mind.

Please update your website pictures. The property was a little hard to figure out where it was die to no sogn on street side. Otherwise nice staff, needs a lobby renovation but clean and safe. Close to Gold Line train.

Quiet room, spacious, good light. Wimdow shades did not open.

A scary place to be at night. Constant yelling and fighting. Walls are paper thin and you can hear when your neighbors breathe. The rooms smelled bad and had no towels. The property was extremely dirty. The elevator had wires exposed. People were smoking weed all around me and it filled my room with the smell. No one could use the pool because the pool was filthy. Do not recommend staying here. Will never stay here again. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

front reception didn’t know what he was doing all along, provided a room that the lock didn’t work at all, told him multiple times but he continued to say that it was working multiple times, he gave us a different room that was really smelly and not in good condition, his coworker even told him himself that those rooms are not meant to be used at all and told him to do his job right in front of us , he ended up giving us a refund but our time wasted and i missed my event all thanks to them not being organized
