"BYOB… and BYOF… needs better service staff"

Location is good. Service is terrible. Hotel could Use some more updates. The bar in pool is a cluster to get a drink if It is busy, forget it, you will never get one. Restaurant: the staff forgets half of the order. Overall, It’s very unorganized.

Safety harbor area is nice.

The pool area was spacious and pretty clean. The room was clean. I asked for more towels since they only clean the room every two days and I was only there two nights, and I never received fresh towels. The tv was missing the cable and I could not get local news. That oasis was fixed right away. There were no 50 minute massage slots open only 25 minute massages. The whole reason going there was to relax and get a massage and I didn't get a massage. I probably will not go back there.
