Holiday Inn - Tampa North by IHG

Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Room was underwhelming and not as clean as expected.

The Location was close to Busch Gardens where we were going

The staff was always unavailable The A/C stopped working The noise to the elevator was annoying The refrigerator was leaking and didn’t keep things cold The Maid service dint once come and check in and see if we needed anything, we had to go to the front desk and wait for someone to come from the back to give us toilet paper and towels. Room was not cleaned by maid service our entire stay The swimming pool was not clean it had green slime all around the pool and the bottom of the pool. The algae was overwhelming the pool. There was non stop yelling in the hallway and teenagers being loud and opening doors and walking in hallway in just underwear. The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana.

The experience was good but hotel is too expensive

The room price was too high

Great value for the location next to the Moffitt Cancer Center. Easy to find and plenty of parking spaces conveniently located near hotel. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast also offers a fruit bowl that was excellent. The staff members were all friendly and helpful.

Some cosmetic changes need to be made in the bathroom. The refrigerator whined throughout the night. It probably has to be replaced because it only stopped twice during the night.
