"GREAT PLACE TO STAY"

The place was very tidy.

That the receptionist removed 21.50 dollars extra on my credit card, thinking i had a car parked in the parking. While i was just dropped witg a taxi.

Very clean the location was great and it was quiet

The front desk told me to check out at 12 and then house keeping was banging on the door at 11 and she proceeded to tell the front desk so now while I’m sleeping front desk is calling me saying that wasn’t noted for late check out and I wasn’t a member so I told them I’d just leave at 1130 like my booking said and I left but it was so unprofessional and unnecessary

Fantastic location!

Understaffed at front desk & bar area. IHG can’t expect one person to handle check in & bar service - especially on busy weekends.
