Quality Inn Vineland

This is our go to place to stay in vineland. The facility is clean, and well cared for. The entire facility is well maintained. The owners genuinely care about their buisness. Zoey goes above and beyond aswell!

The staff was rude, and the place is overpriced for what they offer. On top of it, the breakfast was the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. The checkout was scheduled for 11 am, and they deactivated the keys before the designated time. I wanted to return to the room to ensure we hadn't left anything behind. After waiting at the front desk for a bit, it was 10:58 am when they asked me for an ID for a room that I was still legally paying for. They will charge a $100 security deposit for each room, independently, if they are under the same reservation. If you need to stay here, do it for no more than one night and keep your expectations low. The only quality you will get is the name becuase I don't think they understand the meaning of the word.

The only thing I didn’t like was the 100 freeze on my credit card, did not know that going in. Hopefully will get credited in a timely manner. Otherwise a pleasant experience

The property and surrounding was kept in good condition. The receptionist was not very friendly.
