Staff was not helpful or too polite. never even offered the continental breakfast. Parking lot small building small its in a cramped in spot. Not to mention the beds are so flat and they had about 4 of them sitting outside like they may have had bed bugs. my friend did wake up with red marks the first morning.

"Very bad experience - unprofessional staff working at the reception"

The gentleman working at the reception at night is very nice and friendly.

The two women working in the morning on Sunday 11/16/25 (during breakfast service and around noon) were extremely rude and disrespectful. They clearly do not know how to treat customers or use proper manners. On top of that, we were charged a $50 cleaning fee for supposed sheet stains, even though we never ate in the room and did nothing to damage the linens. Unfortunately, because of the negative experience caused by these two staff members, I cannot recommend this place.
