The bathroom door would not latch.The beds were okay, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the breakfast that was supposedly there was a stale muffin, a bag of oatmeal and a bag of hot chocolate or dark roast coffee and I don't drink drink dark roast coffee. They didn't have any kind of selection of anything. And I don't know how they can call that a free breakfast. That would be a free snack at most places. There was no hot food you had to make your own hot food. So overall, I mean, it wasn't something I would go back to

Par où commencer ? À notre arrivée, l’accueil se montrait plus désert qu’une scène après la tombée du rideau. Point d’âme qui vive, point de clef, point de salut. Il fallut attendre près d’un quart d’heure entier — long comme un acte sans réplique — avant qu’enfin n’apparût une personne, surgissant tel un deus ex machina, mais sans hâte ni empressement. Cependant, point de clef à nous remettre ! Que nenni. Il nous fut annoncé, avec un sérieux presque comique, que nous devions être escortés jusqu’à notre chambre. Vint enfin la chambre. Sur les deux lits proposés, l’un se montrait passable, honnête, presque respectable. Mais l’autre… ah ! l’autre méritait une tirade entière. Ce n’était point un lit, mais un antique canapé-lit, flétri par l’âge et souillé de mille taches, indigne même d’un valet fatigué. Pis encore, il n’était nullement prêt à recevoir un corps humain. À peine l’eut-on ouvert que survint le déluge : une pluie de poussière, de miettes et de restes de chips s’abattit sur le sol et sur le mince matelas, lequel semblait avoir traversé les siècles sans jamais connaître ni balai ni drap. Le spectacle était tel que l’on se demandait si l’on devait rire ou pleurer. Résultat de cette farce tragique : deux dos meurtris, deux corps endoloris, et la ferme intention — foi de voyageurs honnêtes — de prendre rendez-vous chez l’ostéopathe afin de réparer les dommages causés par cette nuit funeste. Ainsi se conclut notre comédie, où l’inconfort tint le premier rôle et la négligence fit office de metteur en scène.

Room was very clean, as was the whole building. Staff was very nice and patient!

Price and location

The toilet stayed clogged the entire time. We had to ask for a plunger. Our key locked us out twice. When checking out we let them know we couldn’t flush the toilet and she asked why we didn’t tell the front desk… when I literally told her we got the plunger from them. The beds are SO HARD.

The staff is friendly and it’s very convenient location when I come to visit family

Company’s construction workers were sketching caused a mess every time they walked in or out and their place of employment should be notified they will put a stop to it The staff shouldn’t have to clean behind every one of them that comes in. That’s an all day job there

Offered pans and cooking utensils for the stove. My door was broke and wouldn’t lock or latch properly, but the front desk was quick to fix it. Front desk staff was very friendly. Rooms were very outdated.

Our stay was amazing as always. And Kim was truly wonderful as always.she is always so inviting and so helpful with anything we need if we could give a person five stars we'd give her ten
