"I never stayed there because they wanted more I up"

ALL I'M SAYING IS I WANT MY REFUND!! I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO STAY THERE CAUSE I COULDN'T PAY THEM MORE MONEY!! THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN MY RESERVATIONS!!!

I'm from out of town and misplaced my ID leaving me with my expired DL. First he wasn't going to let us stay even though we had already booked and paid through your app. Did anyone at $100 security deposit. We couldn't provide it so he wouldn't let us stay but said he never charged us for the room yet I a receipt that says I paid

First room had no lights and no electric to charge my phone. Second room same. My phone was dead the next morning. I've stayed there many times. Never had this issue ever.

"Run down motel"

Cockroches, run down building, looked like homeless people was staying there. Cigar smell in room which stated no smoking. We didnt stay!! Pictures doesn't look anything like what your getting yourself into. Should be condemned.

had to be 21 to get room and need a $100 security deposit and i am 19 so couldn’t get my room bet yet let me buy the room so wouldn’t recommend
