The desk clerk at checkout was delightful.

We requested two queen beds. We got one queen bed and pull out couch with a mattress so thin the couch springs poked through. The pillows provided for the pull out couch were dirty and obviously old and in need of replacement. The carpeting was so dirty, our socks were filthy from walking on it. The breakfast was...wait, what breakfast?! There was cereal, bad coffee and stale bread. I saw no hot food, no eggs, no bacon, no sausage/gravy. There was an option to 'make your own' waffles.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. I am a pork person they only had turkey sausage for breakfast. Overall, my stay was great, my kids loved the pool, the room was spacious, and the kitchen was a bonus for me!!
