Reservation was made and confirmed, but when I arrived front desk was closed, person inside said she couldn't help me, tried calling manager, still got no help. A waisted time and trip had to sleep in car overnight. All other hotels was booked. Terrible Business

My blanket was as thin as a sheet. No ice. Luke warm water. Doors were difficult to open. No free coffee.
