Great service from the front desk, rooms are exactly what they say-no more, no less, can’t beat the price

Property every one is extremely unprofessional. They show favoritism. Some guests can get all day to pay there rooms some gets charged a late fee for 5 minutes. The rules only apply to who they pick n choose I got put out for being 5 minutes late . While other friends of mine had all day to pay. The manager was there I had to pay by 11 when she wasn't I was given as much time as needed. Super unprofessional. Tons of spiders, everyone is on drugs that works there and they put me n my child out with nowhere to go behind 5 or ten minutes. U cannot conduct business where certain rules only apply to certain ppl

Management

They accepted our payment from Expedia then the Transsexual assustant manager Refused to allow us entrance because they had seen a Chillums Medical Marijuana pipe in our room during our first stay and assumed it was a "Crack pipe" according to their own words. Instead the hotel kept the money from the nonrefundable fare for a week's stay, denied Expedia's request for return for the money, and essentially stole $400 from us. . We've filed a complaint with Expedia and will be filing a police report for theft.

there was black mold in the bathroom. the place reeked of illegal substances and cigarettes. the outside was missing paneling to where you could see the structural pisces of old wood. there were people outside smoking pot and watching people in the parking lot. felt very unsafe. the pictures are misleading
