The price of the property was fair.

I didn’t like they entered the room and tossed all my stuff. They said they gave me a refund and 20 days later it still hasn’t processed. The manager never even spoke to me about the issue only kept hiding. they claimed there was a miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeper (who they claimed didn’t speak English) . I They allow a bunch of druggies and drinks to stay. Some days the people partied in the parking lot until 6 am and no one did anything. People openly consume alcohol and start fights. They even have someone in a mobile home staying on the property. Overall run!

The rooms were not clean enough. In the morning there were several police in the parking lot.

Room smelled like weed when checked in. Front desk said they cleaned it and left Fabreeze spray. Once entering the room it just hit you straight to the face with smell. Not quite appropriate when you have tiny baby’s. A/c was also not working. Floor was dirty and had crumbs everywhere when entering the room. The area just looked sketchy outside, not safe had a few men just constantly eyeing the room we were in. Not very comforting especially when you have little ones. Front desk girl was very kind and accommodating to switching the rooms once these concerns were brought up. But even the next room the floor was dirty.

I want a refund they wouldn't let me check in

This is not a place I felt safe staying with my family. We left as soon as we arrived. The front desk was very understanding and issued a refund. Beware of this property
