Booked 2 rooms and one of our rooms had roaches the minute I turned on the light! The front desk was friendly but the rooms were not clean and the hotel looks like people live there which is fine with me but it was noisy and loud most of the time !!! Again, staff was great, the rooms weren't!

I reserved with them for an emergency trip, and was relatively satisfied with the stay! The room was functional and clean, and check in/out was an easy process. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, and it would be nice if they unblocked one of the property exits, but otherwise it was a basic stay that kept me comfortable!

I was called 4 hours before check in and was told you cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. I have traveled a lot in my life and that has never happened before. What was I suppose to do? I was already in town and I booked my room the Tuesday prior to my arrival and you just figured out 4 hrs before check in that you were overbooked. I will never book one of your hotels again.

The picture of this extended stay hotel on Expedia is deceiving. I chose to stay at this hotel because I was staying in Washington for 10 days. I prepaid also because my stay would be cheaper. When I got to my room I opened the room drawers there were bugs. Under the sink a bug flew at me when I opened the door. There were two dead roaches in the middle of the walkway of the room. The room was musty and the air conditioner was not working properly. I did not stay one night at this hotel. I did utilize the refrigerator because I brought food for my stay. I stayed at the Staybridge Hotel in Seattle. The 6/17/2025 I checked out of the Home Towne Studios. The elevator is dirty. This hotel is a place where people also rent as their main residence. The staff members are friendly and nice but I do not recommend tourists staying here. I did not get a refund because I prepaid. Booking accommodations here I lost my money.

i had a horrible time at this property. EXTREMELY GHETTO! every day i looked out my window there was police cars. EVERY SINGLE DAY. even ambulances. had to arrest some crazy guy who was yelling nonstop one morning. on top of that i had to ASK for replacement towels or if i wanted my beddings made. smh. the most damning thing is the poor service. one morning i hear loud banging on my door and then it suddenly opens: it’s the cleaning lady. she says we need to be out by 11 and check our. i’m confused because i have another day on my reservation and i tell her. she leaves. 30 minutes later another loud knock followed by my door being opened AGAIN! it’s someone from the front desk with a rude attitude telling me i have 30 minutes to leave or be charged. Even when i go to the front desk with proof she is still giving me attitude. some lady with piercings. anyway only after i prove her wrong with a receipt for another day she profusely apologies. received no sort of compensation for this horrible stay.

Never got to stay. Arrived and was told our reservation had been canceled and that they had left a message letting us know. We never got a phone call. We left very frustrated.

This is a terrible property to stay. We stayed here for 2 days. The bathroom was untidy with lot of hair. They dint even provide us with a trash bin for the first day and overall the room was in a very bad condition. I don’t recommend any family to stay here.

Its was filthy, the was dog poop in front of my door . That never got cleaned up. On the concrete to be specific.
