The manager and front desk staff made the mistake of charging me for an additional room, then tried to lie and blame the situation on booking, claiming that they were the ones who issues the refund and cancelation. Once i got booking on the phone they confirmed that they only charged me once and they don't provide the refund. They were BLATENTLY lying. VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

My husband and I stay at LaQuintas across the country. This one is in the top tier. We booked a 2 room suite which was very spacious and very clean. Every room in this 2 story hotel had either a balcony or a patio. The hallways were wide and surprisingly clean which is sometimes unusual for a hotel. We travel with our pet who loved sitting outside watching the going ons. This hotel has a pub and a beautiful lobby. But best of all was the courtesy of the staff. Unfortunately due to an illness we had to leave earlier than planned. We would definitely return.

What a nice getaway from Phoenix. Staff and accommodations are always top notch

The pool and dog area and rooms are so very nice. The properties very well kept and so clean. The staff is so nice. Breakfast is also great.

We stay here a lot for out of town work and a different variety at breakfast would be nice. The current breakfast is good though.

I love the cleaning staff coming by everyday to clean my room. And they are professional. I loved breakfeast!

Beds were very comfortable. Room very roomie.

Disability shower needs a chair. Side door needs a ramp for Walkers and wheelchairs.

check in was very easy and the lady was very friendly. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast, and was good.

nothing.... it met our expectations. We have stayed here many times, and always go back.
