"Not my type"

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The location was very inconvenient far from the airport and all the venues I needed to attend. You definitely need to rent a car to get around, which I wish I had known beforehand. The hotel itself was also disappointing. They only clean the rooms every other day, there was no safe box in the room, and no jacuzzi amenities I usually look for when booking. Overall, it just wasn’t my type of hotel.

"Exceptional"

The hotel and staff were very nice. I had a handicap room and the only negative comment I have is the the toilet was standard height and there were no grab bars around it.

We had a room with 2 beds. One bed was okay. The other was lumpy and very soft with a low spot in the middle. Well beyond its useful life.

"Shame about the dust…."

The bed was comfortable and staff were helpful. However the room was very dusty- I wrote ‘Dusty’ on the top of the microwave! The bathroom floor had hair (more than one) on it which was not from us. A bit gross. To be fair the bathroom tiles were sitting above the grouting so it was probably not easy to clean. I wish I hadn’t unpacked though. The location was great for our purposes.

Location was what we needed. Staff was very nice.

Things were confusing. Key cards weren't working so couldn't leave our room. The breakfast was very confusing. Didn't know if it was included in our price or not, or how to go about getting it.

"No temperature control in rooms"

This site does not let you set the AC lower than 68 degrees and the rooms get STUFFY. I had a couple nights of restless sleep and would not stay here again. The only positive about this stay is that the hotel is centrally located next to a shopping center with groceries and restaurants.
