It was easy to to fine.

We order a suit and they didn't have one available because you did not sent the request to them. We had to get a 2 bed instead. I try to get another suit in a different hotel but your guy wasn't any help.

Close to airport for last night check in

Breakfast is a joke and don't count on anything but waffles, pastries coffe and juice. pay to park at a hotel is crazy even if only $8. Sheets are like plastic coated wierdness

Not too much actually - The young lady at the front desk was nice and was very helpful.

The hotel had been damaged by a fire and was being reconstructed. We did nit kniw any if this when we booked the room. The poolbwasn't available as it was damaged by the fire. We relocated to a different hotel as our kids really like swimming when we stay at hotels.

"Communication problems between booking and quality inn hotel"

The bed was comfortable for the price and for just spending the night

I arrived at the property and the clerk said that they did not have the reservation in my name. It was 1:00 a.m. in the morning I was with my children and my wife and we had to wait for over 45 minutes to get a room. Thank you. We called customer service at booking and they just cancelled the reservation!!! It was super frustrating. In the end the clerk helps us to get in a room so we could finally rest.
