Unhelpful staff at check in, rude and disrespectful.

The curtains in my room looked like they were open due to the cooler being in the middle. I was unable to sleep due to being right next to front area of the hotel.

We stay here each time we fly out of Denver. The location is easy to get to.

I booked a suite and they no longer have a sofa bed in the suite. I requested a roll away and they said they works bring it to our room, but they didn’t, they just left it at the front desk. Called to let them know the TV didn’t work and they accused us of doing something to it.

It was easy to to fine.

We order a suit and they didn't have one available because you did not sent the request to them. We had to get a 2 bed instead. I try to get another suit in a different hotel but your guy wasn't any help.
