"A nice hotel and the price was right."

Breakfast did not start till 6 am and we had to leave at 5:30.

"Good stay on a budget"

It was the right price for 1 night. The small breakfast burritos were delicious. Free shuttle to and from airport every half hour.

More staff is needed. Facility is slowly being renovated.

Do to bad weather , late flights, we were able to get a room at 3 am, crash and be back on the road at 11 am .

The place was close to busy roads ( Monday morning) you could here the morning rush

When we called the hotel at 630 pm while driving on The road to check on our reservation we were told several times we did not have a reservation called booking several times eventually the front desk staff called me and said it was all taken care of when we arrived at the hotel at 11pm it was not bookings card was still declined we couldn't get a room the staff was very rude when we eventually got a room. It was dirty and uncomfortable we could not find a elevator we were not given any directions on how to find our room that was left to us when very tired after driving many hours the front desk staff also was telling me how bad booking is and how I should start booking through Expedia also after paying a incidental fee through booking the hotel staff argued with me and charged me 75 dollars for a incidental fee

The bed and linens. I slept very well for an early flight. I like the convenience of the airport shuttle. There's a 7-eleven not far ftom the hotel.
