"The room was dirty with bugs on the bed, dirty floors, and smelt musty. Does not look like the pics."

The bed had bugs in it, the floor was nasty, smelt musty. I told the lady at the front desk that information she just looked at me. She did not offer to give us a different room, nothing. I instantly asked for a refund. This hotel was just horrible.

I did not like anything that probably is very dirty very very dirty

Nobody come to Clean I found lashes on the bed hair and nails. And when I ask them to change the sheet, they told me we can change it for you. You can take it and change it for yourself.
