I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was very authentic and had a unique charm that I absolutely loved. As a solo traveler, it was a pleasant experience staying there. The room was clean, practical and had everything I needed. The check-in process went smoothly, making it very simple to get in. The location was fantastic, with all major attractions within easy walking distance. The building itself was absolutely stunning.

- Amazing location (though no view for our room), walkable everywhere and close to the river. - clean - Good facilities, kitchen utensils etc. - enough to make breakfast there - self check-in and easy-to-follow instructions - Overall a good value for money, best we found in Porto after a long research and were not dissapointed

- The mattress was very uncomfortable, to the point were I had trouble sleeping. Hard and with springs. The pillow was very low (felt like the cheapest pillow bought 10years ago). - No aircon. It got really stuffy at night, but there was too much noise outside to open the windows at night. I'd suggest the owner to invest in a Dyson device to help the room air circulate better. - Not much privacy with the bathroom (the little window on top of the doors going into the room was open, probably to help the air circulate).

My hubby is happy v the king size mattress. Seem this is the Best mattress from 21 night at spain, portugal. He have a Good sleep. Location is good. Bus stop infornt, 5min walk to Ribeira.

No kettle to boil water. I use pot instead to have hot tea n coffe. Before check in, is annoying asking to fill in the tourist accomadation form. Seem we stay so many night at others at spain n portugal. Nobody aksing although Airport already no asking as well. I not checking the email offten, just the before the day want to check in, then check the email n find out they send the email . N make us worry cant check in and troublesome while trouble cant get in the link.. Spend few hour to make it done..waste the time.. Thats is no a must form to do , Never meet any ppl aksing seem before and arrive spain n portugal.
