This hotel has only about 20 rooms and has been styled with love. The owners live 2 houses away and is family run. We arrived late and there is only a day reception so we rang the bell and the gentleman owner came to great us with open arms so friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are again decorated with love, we were fortunate enough to have booked the suit which was a delight. Every room I think has a balcony. Although this does not sit on the promonade I would prefer the hospitality of this hotel than a view. They have mini bar fridges where a beer is cheap for a hotel. Very well priced drinks. 100% perfect hotel and would totally recommend.

In the past week and a half, we've been driving around Europe and have stayed in various hotels ranging from 60-170 euro a night. We booked this hotel for one night as just a place to sleep and leave early the next morning. The quality of this place really surprised us! Tim Ahrens enthusiastically greeted us when we walked in (actual enthusiasm, not the "I'd rather be anywhere but here" variety so typical of hotels), and spoke flawless English. He was happy to tell us about all the attractions and restaurants in the area, and even insisted on helping us take our bags up to the third floor room. The hotel has a nicely stocked minibar on the 2nd floor with VERY reasonable prices. The wifi is very fast and stable, and there are quite a few TV channels. Breakfast is included, and offers a huge variety of things to chow down on. The beach is also only a couple blocks away, with plenty of snack bars and restaurants. If you walk towards town, you will find a bunch of nice restaurants and shops. Love this hotel, will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.
