The first two offered rooms had water flooding and had a horrible stench. The third offered room had no hot water in the shower. The smoke detector battery door was open and had no battery installed. I mentioned this to the front desk and was told that maintenance would handle. After some time and maintenance not showing I went to the front desk and mentioned it a second time. The response was that most of the smoke detectors don't have batteries and nothing has happened. So, they were not concerned. I'm fairly certain this is a fire code violation. I'm surprised by the lack of concern for potential patron safety. When checking out the staff had no interest in actually checking me out. I had to tell them to finish the process. Did not want to print out a closing document. Used slow computer as an excuse. Complete lack of interest.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel.

I didn’t like that we had to leave within the first half hour because there was a bed bug infestation in the room.

This was by far the absolute worst hotel that I’ve ever visited! The initial room that I was assigned to didn’t have a microwave, a Telephone, or an alarm clock! Of course I complained and they switched my room. However, my problem wasn’t over. The TV in the new room didn’t work and the room appeared to be half clean! I couldn’t even comfortably sleep in the bed especially not knowing if the sheets was clean so I slept in the chair! I wouldn’t advise no one to book a room there!

It’s very rundown, needs to be updated. The mini fridge in our room didn’t work either.

Smoke alarm was gone, Paint peeling off the walls, no lampshades on lamps,cigarette burns on blankets and floor.
