Everything was great nice clean room .staff was awesome

Checking in was kinda mess up . Was going to pay cash the next day and I told him that he said the card would nit be chgi just pay at ch out time but he chg the card any way it was supposed to just be a deposit and wouldn't be charged but it was no big deal tho .

"Not happy with the booking."

Convenient location to get to where I was going

A lot of transient people. Too much hanging out around the property. The room was uncared for. Faucets and toilets leaking. Bugs inside the room. The complimentary soaps didn’t want to come out of container. The room smelled like it was flooded before. When the toilet flushed, it sounded like the room was about to take off. It was very loud. Not happy with the booking.

"Possible murder or crime in our room"

Didn't like anything. We went into the room and left and requested a refund.

We arrived at around midnight and we're tired. Checked in and went to the room. Room was super dirty, holes in comforters. There was fingerprint dust with the visible fingerprints on the bathroom door. Visible gun shot holes badly patched up in the wall next to bathroom. Toilet seat came off when we went to go to the bathroom. Mold at the top of the windows. We ended up checking out and requested a refund. We had to sleep in our truck and parked it in another hotels parking lot, because we didn't have money for another hotel.

It was dirty they had cockroaches bad they had a bad smell in the rooms and blood stains on the bedding staff was not very nice when we told them about the bugs and how dirty and the smell that it had in room
