Room was clean. Staff was great and the cleaning services was amazing. Walmart is right behind the hotel and every store you can think of in right around the area.

This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I booked a 1 King Bed, but upon arrival I was given a room with two single beds. When I asked the front desk to correct it, I was told that no other rooms were available, so the hotel was unable to honor the reservation at all. The condition of the room made things worse. There was a strong mildew odor, and the room felt dusty and poorly maintained. Within minutes of entering, the environment triggered my asthma, making it unsafe for me to stay. Because of the incorrect room and the health concern, I had no choice but to cancel the reservation. However, management still refused to issue a refund and relied on a “non-refundable policy,” even though the hotel failed to provide both the room I booked and a safe, clean environment. Expedia even contacted the property twice on my behalf, but the decision was still upheld. At a minimum, a hotel should provide the room type that was confirmed and ensure basic cleanliness and safety standards. Unfortunately, this property failed on both. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Clean sheets

No soap in dispenser. Elastic hair bands from previous visitor on faucet and bathroom door handle. Peeling paint and wallboard behind sink area. Nightstand, which was attached to the wall, was askew. Our first assigned room was already occupied by another guest when we tried to enter. Furniture outside two separate rooms from "guests" adjusting their accommodations. Whole place was "tacky".

Location was ok.

Everything else. The rooms were very smelly and unclean. There was either drug deal or prostitution going on 2 doors down. The ironing board and air units weren't working. There was dog hair in the bed.

Have been here over a month and love it. No complaints.

The place smells bad and is in a completely dilapidated state. It looks like a hotel from a horror movie; I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We spoke with the manager, Braian, but he was unhelpful and offered no solutions.

Cleanness

That i was able to bring my dogs.

Room smelled like onions and wet cat. A/C wasn't really cold. And no deluxe king room available on bottom floor for handicap people.
