Nothing went well.

Although we had a reservation with payment shown and a reservation #, the staff could not find our reservation. So he finally just said to "go sit over there and I'll get back to you" , while he helped other people. After 10 minutes I asked " Do you have a room available?" He replied affirmative but continued to make us sit in the lobby while he tried to figure it out. We had booked through Booking.com. I think that was the issue but he was very rude to us and never apologized.

Nice staff, very rundown motel. The room and bathroom were small, clean, but so worn and dated. When we tried to turn the temperature in the refrigerator cooler, it made such a loud noise that we couldn’t sleep. We considered changing rooms, but figured out the problem and warmed up the fridge.

The staff was kind in that he gave my husband extra pillows to support his hurt shoulder.

I slipped in the tub and almost fell because it was so slippery- had some soapy residue. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. I had to use shampoo to wash up. The room was dirty. There was gooey substance on the bedside table and dresser. When water got on the floor we wiped it up and the towel was black with dirt.

Absolutely nothing!

This hotel is a walking disaster. Avoid here like a plague. Extremely nasty and disgusting. The entire environment stinks of Marijuana. Front desk is the meanest and rudest you can find.

This is a MUST NOT STAY HERE PLACE!!. We checked in at 4:30 pm and checked out about 7 pm. We were 2 women with our dogs going to a trial. The price was right! Upon arrival on the top floor you had guys standing and watching you come and go out of your room. The one room was so small about all that fit in there was the king bed. The carpet upon entering the room was thilthy dirty, above the head board the walls needed painted. It was dark in the room even with the lights on and curtain open. The extra lock on the door was not even attached. We went down the road to another place and they were able to accommodate us for the night at not much of an increase in price. I tried to get my money back as I told the owner that we did not feel safe there. He said his family and him lived there for awhile and he wouldn't put his family somewhere that it wasn't safe! I was refunded $10.99!!! I would highly suggest taking pictures of the issues you have there. I did not, that was my second mistake. The first being booking a night there.
