Friendly office staff, clean, comfortable room. Reasonable rates.

No issues. All expectations met.

The price was better than other local hotels for a very short nap then back on the road again

Wanted a king size bed. Got a board for a mattress and a lump for pillows. Did get an extremely BAD nights sleep. One bath towel looked like a mechanic used it to dry his hands. No Kleenex in room

The heater went out in the room around 1 in the morning. Called the front desk and no one answered, then once we got ahold of someone the next morning they said they would send someone to look at it and no one ever came to the room until 10 a.m when the staff came and kicked us out and told us to leave the room.

I've stayed here several times, always clean rooms!!

Room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it had a no-smoking sticker on the door.

That they didn't charge me more for the terrible room

I stay at Red Roof Inns quite often because they're usually a good value and clean. This location, however, was unacceptable in every way. My room had a lady bug infestation ( harmless, but still), the faucet was broken, the entire carpet was sticky to the point of staining my white socks brown. There were water stains on the ceiling, and the bathroom linoleum was a trip hazard since it was buckling badly.
