Roaches were crawling on the walls! I didn't even stay in my room; I ended up leaving and having to purchase another room at a different hotel with NO refund.

Nothing. The guy on the phone when we requested our refund the next morning was at least nice.

Crackhead in lobby when we checked in was the first sign we should have turned around and walked out but it was already late at night and we were exhausted. The room was INFESTED with fleas. We were out of there within minutes of sitting on bed. Literally the worst experience with a motel I ever had.
