Cleanliness.

We had to ask for more toilet paper and the front desk guy didn’t like it. Apparently they limit your toilet paper. I am use to a motel supplying shampoo and conditioner, which they did not. Orange juice tasted like it was watered down. We did not try any of the other breakfast items. We ate breakfast at a local restaurant every morning.

Easy access to property and parking, seamless check in w/ friendly, professional and helpful staff, clean and very-serviceable room, ability to manage room temp is great!, and the bed was very-comfortable for a good-night's sleep.

Breakfast --> only carbs available (bread, cereal, gravy, waffles). I prefer protein at every meal, so maybe nut bars, nuts or yogurt could be available. Or, at the least, advertise "carbs only" for those who have medical concerns re: diet.
