Tres Marias Luxury Suites - Adults Only

three years after we visited this hotel again because we like the location and the apartments are very spacious. also the rooftop is amazing

we got the room on the second floor, facing the back, so the view was not amazing. the adjacent house had some loud parties till 5am with very trash music, unable to sleep, and the hotel’s security personnel just didn’t care about our complaints. also, the apartment’s door lock broke and it was not fixed.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was not heavily populated, which is great if wanting to avoid heavily crowded areas that are common in large resorts. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we were in need of assistance. Nice view from our room and from the hotel overall. The room was clean, had great amenities within (fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc), and quiet. Very centralized and everything is within walking distance. Exceeded our expectations and will definitely be staying there again.

Some may say the construction nearby is annoying. However, that is not on the hotel. Nothing you can do about it and they work within designated time slots. No construction at night.

Amazing staff and super clean, spacious apartment. The housekeeping staff was amazing and cleaned our room everyday. We came back to our room being super clean. The apartment had everything from washer/dryer to a full kitchen. We will be back to stay here again.

Not the best spot if a panoramic ocean view is vital to you. Construction noise during the day - like just about everywhere in PV.
