We had 3 different rooms and still wasn’t satisfied. First room had black mold, second room was still so dirty. Towels left everywhere bed wasn’t made, trash still out. 3rd room , black mold again and then the tv wouldn’t work.

Elevator broken. It doesn't work and I had to take a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.

The room was infested with roaches. Roaches were on the TV stand, floor, in the bathroom sink. I walked in and walked right out. And I had a hard time getting a refund.
