Rooms filled with bed bugs,, place looks sketchy amd dangerous. Bed bugs every where. Receptions horrible

The hotel stay was characterized by poor room conditions and an overall uncomfortable experience. The room was notably unclean, with visible dirt, the presence of bugs, and mold in the bathtub, raising concerns about basic hygiene and maintenance standards. These conditions contributed directly to a highly disturbed night’s sleep. The lack of cleanliness and the presence of insects created an unsettling environment, making it difficult to feel at ease or rest properly. As a result, the stay was marked by discomfort and an inability to relax. Additionally, communication with the front desk was challenging, as the receptionist had limited English proficiency, making it difficult to address concerns or seek assistance.

Bed was big and comfortable and the front desk guys were nice enough.

Very small room and no place to hang out on the property with our son. Tiny bathroom with a weirdly stained tub, we didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower so we didn’t.

The bed was comfortable and the main room was clean

The bathroom was very dirty, the walls were gross, and falling apart, the tub was dirty,

The superior room had all the basics we needed including a fridge and microwave. Staff was accommodating with our request for a ground floor room. Room was clean.

Bathtub was old and cracked around the drain (but functional), one drawer was nailed shut (but we didn’t need it).
