前台接待完全是语无伦次的，明明预定好的订单，到了现场竟然说订单没有通过，没有办法办理入住，耽误了两个多小时，最后前台说让我付现金，让我把线上的订单取消。付了现金之后，安排的房间味道特别大，有股尿骚的味道，不知道是人尿的还是狗尿的

No entiendo porque si dicen que infriji la ley saliendo un día tarde del hotel no se me fue notificado el caso si no que hasta que pido mi beneficio de hacer uso de mi freeday me notifican que ya no me pueden rentar estadías en el hotel por ese hecho ocurrido el martes 13 de mayo 2026 y me notifican miercoles 20 de mayo 2026 por la noche cerca de lardia noche cuando llegue al establecimiento
