Run down room, no TV, no phone to call the desk, carpet wet, lots of damage.

bad odor, broken furniture, dirty bathroom with roaches, floor was dusty and grimy. staff was unhelpful didn’t wanna give me my refund with ease and never got refund for the first day and i wasn’t there for more than 45 min. many other options around like country inn across the street way better, steer clear from this mess!

First it’s a motel not a hotel, people behave weird a round the parking lot, a man was peeing next to his car, a couple were having sex in their car in front of my room, the phone in the room wasn’t working furniture broken. Trouble experience.

Nothing this place is completely disgusting..no phone in the room ,the showers don't get hot ,the mirrors and walls were dirty ,the dresser was a shell with no shelves in it lol ,the lamp shades were smashed wow this place is nasty get a tent before staying here

The lady at the front desk was nice

Place was moldy, sheets were dirty, found a old French fry behind the tv

It was so terrible, the room was in complete bad shape, I was afraid to sleep in bed without clothes on. The drawers were missing shelves/some shelves were broken, I got locked out of room after concert (reason for my trip) because the lock to room broke and had to wait for repair person. The next day the staff was upset that I even mentioned being compensated for inconvenience. They were so unprofessional and messy!

Bed was dirty floor was dirty, so it was difficult to get comfort.
