"Hotels.com sucks at customer service "

Well, i didnt get to stay because hotels.com screwed up the reservation, mixed itbup with some other person, spent an hour and a half in the lobby trying to clear up their error. Ended up refunding me my hotel on a gift card. Horrible service from hotels.com. the staff at red roof were very pleasant as usual.

I had requested a ground floor drive up room when I booked my room a month before my arrival. I got there in the middle of a snowstorm with my dog and they would not give me a ground floor room they said the people that live there get the ground floors and guests get the other top floor which is reachable by climbing up outside stairs which at this point were covered in ice snow and very slippery and my dog does not climb stairs and I had a back injury which would not allow me to climb stairs I was extremely upset and disappointed and had to go to another hotel that night.
